The Vault 40" Athena Drop Carve is a No Nonsense 9 ply Symmetrical Longboard suitable for riders of all levels. We have given the Athena a large 10" wide deck and a small amount of flex and combined it with a dropthrough design which gives you a lower centre of gravity for a more stable ride and making it easier to push and foot brake. The huge concave in this board really lets you dig in your feet for those big controlled slides, bombing hills, drifting and high speed carving.
